Terms of Use

Using Parkify

Clear rules to keep community reports useful and respectful.

Agreement

By accessing or using Parkify (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Community reports

Parkify includes community-submitted parking reports. These reports are intended to help students make parking decisions, but they are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

Parking status is based on community-submitted reports and may not always reflect real-time conditions.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service for lawful, respectful purposes related to parking availability reporting.
  • Do not spam, abuse, or submit misleading reports.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the Service, security, or data integrity.
  • Do not harass other users or post content that violates applicable laws.

Accuracy and disclaimer

Community reports may be delayed or incorrect. Parkify may also display “likely” availability signals based on user submissions. Always use your judgment and follow on-site signage.

User submissions

If you submit reports, you represent that you are providing truthful information to the best of your ability. We may remove or moderate submissions that violate these Terms or are otherwise inappropriate.

Account responsibility (if applicable)

If Parkify offers account features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity under your account.

Service changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
